- x1 hall/room for plenary session (theatre layout) - 250 persons
- x3 halls for talks (theatre layour) - 50-80 persons each
- x2 rooms for workshops (classroom layout) - 50 persons each
- Catering
- Breakfast
- x2/3 breaks (tea/coffee/biccies)
- Lunch
- Dinner
- International keynote speaker
- T-shirts
- Swag bags
- Posters
- Programmes (May drop this in 2013)
